Lena is a teacher, artist, poet, writer and mind body coach. Specialising in yin yoga, mindfulness, yoga for fatigue and burnout, and yoga therapy Lena works with you to help you learn how integrate true wellness in a realistic way.
With 14 years of corporate experience and undertaking her own healing journey through trauma and limiting beliefs, Lena understands the challenges of burnout and being stuck.
Through bespoke sessions and gentle inquiries you will increase your self-awareness and improve your mind body connection. Over time and through regular practice you will learn how to naturally attract and develop more joyful living and clearer decision making.
Lena is also a published author, writing the healing memoir "Impetus- No Cover Up" - a healing journey told through poetry, prose and joyful coloured illustrations.
